When you request the product brochure or contact Libra Robotics, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, company, message, and marketing preference.
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may also process limited technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate region, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to provide requested materials, respond to inquiries, assess project fit, improve our website and sales process, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We send optional product or company marketing only when you select that preference.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, analytics, form processing, and business communications. They process information on our behalf for those services. Libra Robotics does not sell brochure-request information.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including the expected sales cycle, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
